Do you get paid by the lender?
Yes, most lenders pay us a procuration fee for introducing the business and handling the application process. This is independent of our client fees and does not affect the mortgage rates available to you.
When do you charge a fee?
Our fees are typically split into 2 stages:
- Application Stage: The first portion is due when we submit your mortgage application.
- Offer Stage: The remaining balance is due upon receipt of your mortgage offer.
